「流行に敏感な女性は、エシカルファッションを自身を持って購入できるはず！」という信念から、アニマルフレンドリーでクルエルティフリーのフェイクファージャケットや、ヴィーガンレザー、リサイクルしたプラスチックボトルから作られた"ウールフリーニット"など、たくさんのポップでプレイフルなデザインのアイテムが楽しめます！
jakke is an ethical fashion label born in 2015 by East London designer Nina Hopkins from her belief that fashion-forward women should be able to buy confidently into ethical fashion. jakke offers many pop and playful designs such as animal-friendly and cruelty-free faux fur jackets, vegan leather, and "wool-free knitwear" made from recycled plastic bottles!

In a world where sustainability is becoming crucial, it is important for jakke to be transparent regarding the impact of our garments on the planet. They are looking at everything they can, from the materials they source to make their clothes to how their factories operate and thinking about what impact thier production has on the environment.

jakkeのデザインは、シーズンごとのファッショントレンドに左右されることなく、季節やトレンドに関係なく
ワードローブに溶け込むアイテム作りをしています。ファストファッションにありがちな使い捨ての精神に疑問を投げかけ、より長く愛用出来るようなデザインになっています。
They make pieces that will be able to slot into your wardrobe regardless of the season. This challenges the throwaway mentality that fast fashion brands rely on and encourages longer use. They focu on timeless luxury pieces made from long-lasting, ethical fabrics that can be worn year after year.

コレクションの45%にリサイクルペットボトルを使用していて、シーズン毎に増やしていくことを目標にしています。リサイクルポリエステルは、品質的にはバージンポリエステルとほぼ同じですが、その生産に必要なエネルギーはバージンポリエステルに比べて59%少なくなります。さらにリサイクルポリエステルは、プラスチックを作るための原油や天然ガスも減らす事に貢献することが出来ます。
45 percent off their collection is made from recycled plastic bottles. Recycled polyester is almost the same as virgin polyester in terms of quality, but its production requires 59 percent less energy compared to virgin polyester In addition, recycled polyester can contribute to reduce the extraction of crude oil and natural gas from the Earth to make more plastic.

Any one of their garments can be repurposed so they have teamed up with the Royal Trinity Hospice Charity in the aim of preventing our pieces ending up on Landfill. They ask all of their customers to send back their used items in exchange for a 25% voucher to be used against a new purchase!
